evidenced by my initials and signature below, Dennis McCroskey of
Baseball
Adventures, nor
any suppliers for the foregoing services shall not be responsible for
any
breach of contract, or any intentional or careless act or action on the
part of
the above named parties which results in any loss, damage, delay or
injury to
participants. Further, Baseball
Adventures and Dennis McCroskey is not responsible for acts of God, for
breakdown of machinery, acts of governments or other authorities, war,
whether
declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, pilferage's,
epidemics, quarantines, customs regulations, delays or cancellations
of, or
change in, itinerary or schedules, omissions, vender defaults, or for
any loss
beyond their control. Further, Baseball
Adventures and Dennis McCroskey, is not responsible for any loss or
damage
resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visa, or other
documents. Baseball Adventures and
Dennis McCroskey is not liable or responsible for any additional
expenses or
liabilities, medically or otherwise, sustained or incurred by the above
named
participant as a result of any injury, damage or loss, or as a result
of any of
the foregoing causes or through the participation in any sports or
affiliated
sporting event(s). Signing of this
document
constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, and the
undersigned
agrees to hold Dennis McCroskey and Baseball Adventures harmless from
any legal
action or damages resulting from the matters set forth herein before.

understand, and acknowledge, that Dennis McCroskey and Baseball
Adventures
provides NO insurance coverage to any tour participant, whatsoever, and
that it
is the tour participants responsibility to assure adequate insurance is
obtained for the tour participant for the period stated for the
referenced tour
program.

that travel to Cuba has many restrictions. I have read the
document entitled "Cuba: What You Need To
Know About The US Embargo"
and I agree to abide by the requirements of the US Embargo with
Cuba.

understand, and acknowledge, that all travel, sports, accommodations,
activities, meals etc. have been arranged by Marazul Charters, Inc. of
the US
and their affiliate Havanaturs of Cuba along with INDER Deportes of
Cuba. Dennis
McCroskey and Baseball Adventures is not responsible for any actions,
non actions, breach of contract or services not provided by those
agents.
