    I am registering as a player for the Athens Baseball Tour Fall , 2005 at a cost of $1,795.

    I am registering as a non-player for the Athens Baseball Tour Fall , 2005 at a cost of $1,795.

I understand the tour and all arrangements in Athens are being organized by Hellenic Amateur Baseball Federation (HABF) and the team will be managed by Dennis McCroskey of Baseball Adventures. Baseball Adventures will serve as liaison between the players and HABF.  All other trip arrangements in Greece are organized and run by Dolphin Hellas Travel & Tourism of Athens, Greece.

The tour includes only the items described such as the ground transportation, tours, lodging, baseball, meals and entertainment described or indicted  Any additional charges or fees, such as airport or entry fees, visas to the country are my responsibility. Airfare to and from Athens is not included.

I understand it is my responsibility to have a valid passport and am a citizen in good standing. Enclosed is a deposit for $500. I understand this deposit is non-refundable if I cancel the trip within 30 days of the trip.  Cancellations prior to that date are fully refundable. If the trip is canceled for no reason of my own, the deposit will be refunded in full at any time. I understand that payment in full is due by August 1, 2005
