Raymond of Baseball Adventures, or any agents, employees, suppliers, or anyone else acting on their behalf, shall not be responsible or liable for any breach of contract, or any intentional or negligent act or omission, in connection with the Cuba Baseball Tour: Milton Breakers, November 6-14, 2015 (“Cuba Baseball Tour: Milton Breakers”), which results in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to me.
Further Baseball Adventures and Paul W. Raymond are not responsible for Acts of God, for breakdown of machinery, acts of government or other authorities (domestic or foreign), war (whether declared or not), hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, pilferages, epidemics, quarantines, customs regulations, vendor/supplier defaults, or for any other loss, damage, delay, or injury to me.
Baseball Adventures and Paul W. Raymond are not responsible for any additional expenses or liability, medically or otherwise, I may sustain, as a result of any injury, damage, or loss through my participation in any of the Cuba Baseball Tour: Milton Breakers trip activities, sports or affiliated sporting event(s), or at any other time.
